Motorcycle & Scooter Driver’s License

Drivers for motorcycles or scooter only with valid international or european driving license with moto stamp accepted.

Rental period

The minimum rental period is 1 day. Motorcycles must be returned by 7:00 p.m. in the day. In case of any delay in returning the vehicle, the customer will be charged extra per hour.

Agreement

Spetses Moto herby rents to the undersigned renter the vehicle described on the 1st page of this agreement. The terms and conditions contained in this agreement have been read and accepted by the signed renter.

Insurance

All rental motorbikes are fully insured for third parties. Medical cover is not provided for driver or passenger.
Insurance covers only the driver whose name is on the contract.

Regulations

The renter should drive according to the traffic law regulations and any police fines are paid by him/herself.

Payments

The rent of the vehicle is paid in advance and money cannot be returned.

Restrictions

Customers not allowed to drive their bike out of Spetses island.

Safety

We provide helmets for every rider for safety. According to traffic law regulations, denying to carry helmet, the hirer is responsible.

Obligations

The motorbike is delivered full of fuel and return full of fuel.
The renter pays for his own fuel and is obliged to return the vehicle at the same fuel condition, as he/she took it.

Damages

Any damage which is caused by the renter at his/her fault, is paid by him/herself, whatever the cost of the damage.

Road assistance

We provide you with road assistance within the island of Spetses.

The lessor reserves the right to repossess vehicle at any time without notice, at the customer’s expense, if vehicle is used in violation of this agreement.
